Our Board
Green Top Grocery is governed by an elected Board of Directors made up of nine owners who serve the co-op on a volunteer basis for rotating three year terms. Members of the Board are elected by the Green Top Grocery ownership at the Annual Meeting of Owners in March. The Board is responsible for the overall direction of Green Top Grocery, and provides oversight of the General Manager. The Board of Directors meets regularly on the last Tuesday of the month at 6pm, unless otherwise noted. Board meetings are open to owners.

Board elections are held in March of each year and we are always seeking driven, well organized, and hard-working individuals to help steer our co-op. If you have been an owner for at least 3 months whose ownership is in good standing (all payments current) then you are eligible to run for the board. This is an unpaid, volunteer role, and the Green Top board utilizes policy governance principles.
